Should a claim need to be made we will assist you to ensure its swift resolution.
With St Giles you will be appointed a claim handler who will assist in the preparation of information submitted to the insurer and/or loss adjuster. We will continually monitor and review the claim so that any disruption caused by the incident is minimised.
Consistent with our approach to responsibility we avoid the standard industry method where brokers outsource claims to third parties or call centres. We use our own claims department staffed by our experts to represent you.
